forgot to post yesterday so I’m restarting the streak. Resolved cobra drawing, painting phase is next. I’m going to start it digitally but finish it traditionally in acrylic. I’m planning to mix some bond tactical soap with the paint. (Day 1)

Little painting study for a piece I'm doing for a class.

I'm trying to illustrate the feelings of loneliness/rejection that school shooters reference in their manifestos. aside from lolcows, I've been attempting to explore this subject in my classes with little success, but I'm feeling good about this piece

Attempted to use opencanvas 4.5 on my windows 7 installation recently. Man it feels so good knowing we use krita now and these programs are in the past

Finished piece, not much different but I refined some of the shadows.

Hey, I am actually the OP, I lost access to my account when the site and lolcow email went down, so this is my new account, I'm amazed to see all the interaction in this thread. I may make an attempt to get back to daily drawing with this. Thank you all for participating for so long.
