Crime D4vd Arrested for Murder of Celeste Rivas - Groomer turned baby mama murderer finally gets comeuppance

Singer D4vd has been arrested for the murder of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who was found dead in Hollywood in the trunk of his Tesla in September.

According to the LAPD, D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, was arrested by the Robbery-Homicide Division for the murder of Hernandez and is being held without bail. The case will be presented to the District Attorney’s office on Monday for filing consideration.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed they were investigating a trip the 21-year-old took to the Santa Barbara area sometime during the spring of 2025 following Hernandez’s death. A spokesman for the musician said in September that he was “fully cooperating with authorities,” though as of Nov. 18 NBC Los Angeles reported Burke was no longer cooperating with law enforcement.

Officers were called to a tow yard on Sept. 8 following reports of a foul odor coming from the car, which had been on the property for several days. Police found a dismembered body that had been placed inside of a bag in the front trunk of the vehicle.

The car was registered in Hempstead, Texas to Burke and impounded after being abandoned in the Hollywood Hills, where neighbors complained of a rotting smell. As of Sept. 9, the case was being treated as a death investigation.

Hernandez was reported missing from her home in Lake Elsinore, Calif., last year. She was last seen in April 2024, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. After her body was found, police said that because a manner of death had not been determined.

Shortly after the discovery, Burke quietly canceled his U.S. tour and postponed the promotion of his deluxe album.

Important to note though that both this video and the romatic homicide video were both posted on Celestes 13th and 12th birthdays, after he had already started grooming her. From what I've heard in some of these youtube commentaries is that supposedly one of the difficulties in getting the files to the clean computer is that a few of the files are over a terabyte each and take up an entire hard drive on their own.

Edit: going through the video again, the prosecutor may have been talking about some of the files in the 40 tb, not just the 8 tb iCloud. High quality iphone footage can take up as much as 4 GB to over 30 GB per minute, so that seems to make the most sense as to how he could somehow get 8 tb of CSAM in his iCloud. That's just a fucking unfathomable number otherwise.

If they fast-tracked everything like you wanted, the guy would end up getting acquitted due to some technicality or the prosecution would've gotten outwitted in court by his attorney.
