I think she went with him to the Graduation Party as a chaperone (like he was planning for on that concert date that never happened) and wasn't his actual "date". At least I hope not. I agree. It's far too casual and early in the evening to have been prom, as least as I'm familiar with. The slideshow that ended with "see you at the reunion" seems to indicate it wasn't prom. But I could be mistaken, since my school didn't hold such a dance/party (prom was the last dance of the year and was less than a month from graduation).sparklemilhouse dijo:

Chris said that he bought two tickets to the prom "to fit in," but that he ended up taking his mom.
It could be that his school didn't have a prom, just a graduation party, if it had a very small graduating class or it was strapped for cash.
Either way, Chris thought it was a prom, bought two tickets, took his mother, and had her wear a

I think the only person Chris danced with was with one of his gal-pals for a single song. He never has mentioned dancing with Barb (or alone for that matter).

Those were his own Legos. There was an event for kids to show of their Lego creations to other kids. Naturally Chris attended with his not-so-creative creations (plus a load of other junk). Surprisingly Bob and Barb actually accompanied him to Toys R Us instead of leaving him there like they normally did.
