Looking at this old post, I started to wonder how we could fit other lolcows in there.
Brianna Wu could be the leader of an all-womans gang.
Mr. Enter could be a snobby theater critic.
Striker Wolf could be a Grand Dragon of the KKK who is also a skinwalker.
That's all I have right now.

Jace and Deagle Nation in general could be the US Cavalry.
Nick Bate could be a notorious criminal, maybe have a picture of him saying "Wanted: dead or dead"
A-Log could be Chris's rival, or some criminal who does the same things as he does except that he always thinks he's better.
I think ADF would be really good as a bandito.

That second one makes me wonder how we could fit people like MovieBob and Linkara into this. Maybe have the former be the town drunk and the latter a tryhard cowboy crook perhaps?

Cows other than Chris will be making appearances.
A-log is a citizen of Cwcvile with a relentless hatred of Chris and Sonichu. He constantly berates and criticises the mayor, even to the point of calling for his execution. Nobody really takes him seriously, he's usually just met with someone telling him to shut up.
Wu is apart of Mary Lee Walshe's gang of bandits. However, instead of doing anything to support the cause of her group she mostly just sits around and complains to Mary about the male members while being hilariously insecure about her transsexualism.

I know no one's posted here in almost a month, but may I add an idea if this project is still going? 
(I don't know how this will be received but I'll give it a try)
Leonard F. Shaner, Jr. as a minor character; an old-money railroad baron, and the inherited (some say inbred) owner of the most successful line "back east;" the Colebrookdale.
Or rather, he's a former old-money railroad baron.
After being kicked off his own line's board of directors for one too many antics some time before the events of the story, the Shaner family name is a laughingstock. The revelations that he personally attempted to derail a competitor's train, stole engine parts from his own mechanics, impersonated a soldier, and has a worrisome number of daguerreotypes depicting underage females only drove his name further into the mud.
Disgraced and reviled throughout the railroad community, Len took up the hobo life and wandered the countryside, following the trains wherever they would go in a vain hope that they could be his again. Eventually, he ends up in Quickville, and embarks on a new quest: to get back at the Colebrookdale directors, once and for all. (Rumors fly, though, that he wears lingerie under his wrinkled old suit, and that his secondhand engineer's cap is lined with the aforementioned underage-girl-daguerreotypes.)
