Can someone explain why? I don't know much about unions, but I'd think the last thing you'd want to do when the boss is looking over a list of cuts is to highlight how useless you are while making unreasonable demands. As they put it in the video "Don't ask Daddy for a pony when he's just lost his job.".

We've seen this before with the writers strike and game journos. So there must be logic behind.
