He is shown with a couple in the trailer and the woman says 'sometimes we film it' and the man says 'you can read a script right?'. Then it jumps to a shot of the protagonist fucking the woman and a voiceover of her saying something like 'Ineed you' in the next scene. You see because this is a very smart and intelligent movie they have flipped the expectation of the main guy being a cuck in a literal sense to him cucking someone else but still being a loser. It really says a lot about our society.

The main character isn't the one doing the fucking, he's the one being cucked in the porn. The woman puts her arms all across his face as she's being railed from behind and he's dressed in his business-casual attire.

If I had to guess, I'm going to assume they're doing it where the MC starts off "getting red pilled", sees the word cuck being thrown around, tries to get involved with cuck porn not knowing what it is, realized he volunteered for the shit end of the deal, REEEEEEEEEEEEEEs upon figuring it out, and then Euphoric Gentlemans all over the place.

I don't know what trailer you watched but watch closer, the woman he fucks. she is on top, his face unphased by it all. Hence it being a play on the word.
