Against her mother's sins? Against her mother's bible? Does she actually mean that it's against her mother's rules?
Of course, she wants to befriend a person on the Internet just because they're Japanese... What a surprise... Does she not understand that a person from America and a person from Japan more often than not have the same goals in life? How about family? Family life is important in America, but it's especially important in Japan and other Asian countries.
Lastly, what if this P_Manland person isn't from Japan, and is just faking being Japanese (much like Crystal did herself)?

They're from Japanese, but I think Crystal only gravitates towards them because they are Japanese and like the Simpsons. So she assumes they are "BBFs" with the similar tastes. I mean, her telling an artist not to draw X with Y because her mom said no is rather silly. Japanese artists really don't like naggers or art hawks. I am pretty sure Crystal uses Google Translate or Bablefish to speak in mangled Japanese. Most speak English.
One rule of thumb with Japanese Twitter artists or any is just like and retweet their art.

I wouldn't necessarily say that Crystal just likes The Simpsons. She only likes Smithers from the show and that's it.
Speaking of Japanese, remember that a part of Japanese culture is to try and hide all the embarassing and shameful acts that a person has committed in the past. That includes making ridiculous or embarassing posts on Twitter as well.
