It's fake. It was done by a 3d modeler that mainly works on dinosaurs, with zero connections to Hollywood, as a joke.
In all honesty, I find the fact that some people are treating it as if it's the actual redesign to be cringier than the art itself.

Even if they told me it was, I wouldn't have believed them.
There's no way that would have been an improvement from their original design.

I'd have to look the artist up again becasue I don't remember their name, but I remember seeing that they were pretty serious about that design and were pretty butthurt that people are reaming it to hell and back.
(but yeah, pretty bad that so many people and articles even are reporting it as legit!)
