Crimson Desert - Korean devs really like deserts huh?
If they actually decided to import BDO's character creator to make your OC donut steal I'd actually try the game because I have a Dragon's Dogma 2 sized hole in my heart. But no, they had to put John Crimson Desert in
is 16ram and a 3060 gcard worth it for this game. I've been waiting for the gabecube but problem arise obviously. I could not play nioh3. Bully me, for I am poor and lazy.

If you couldn't play Nioh 3 because of your specs, then you probably won't have much success with Crimson Desert, they share the same minimum specs required.

That's true but Team Ninja games are kind of infamous for their poor optimization on PC. The Rise Of The Ronin port was chugging at like 30 fps on high end machines and I heard Nioh 3 has issues too albeit not as severe.

The character creation process isn't something I've considered much since there's been a metal bucket over my character's head for 90%+ of the game. But this is coming from someone who was content to play as John Skyrim outside of one or two adjustments.
I bought it. And I don't love it.. but I also cant stop playing it.
It reminds me ALOT of Red Dead 2. I spend so much time seeing cool shit on the horizon and then just wandering over.
I had a fishing quest and ended up being distracted for like 5 hours.. I got kidnapped by lolis at one point... then lost in some ruins.
That said the controls are fucking gross as everyone says... like its control to block but f3 to heal . What.
Another is that I dont need yellow paint but I wish it explained some shit better... perfect example is there is a sky zone that has you do a bunch of parcore and puzzles.. the downside is if you fall... you fall and fall and eventually fall over the main map and land. It took me reading the reddit to realize that no, you DONT have to fall all the way to the ground then fast travel back up. If you hit tab and then escape.. you will be reset to your last checkpoint.
And finally I havent run into many bugs.. but I have at least one gamebreaking one. Another one I am not sure was a bug... I was interrogating a bounty suspect (you pin them to the ground and punch them for info) when a random guard ran up.. and stabbed the bounty, killing him and making me fail the mission. Bro.
Its a great game.. and is getting better the more I play. Still not at 10/10 though.

BDO does have cosmetic sets that overlap whatever current equipment you have though, which means you can be a tard and waste a ton of time with the fallout4 tier character creator to make your doll there and just waste like 15$ to get a skimpy outfit to go with her... i mean most classes are female, the game is made by south koreans...
10 hours in and just don't feel a lot while playing the game. Complete indifference so far. I don't hate it but also don't find myself in amazement in the slightest bit. I suppose that makes it the definition of utter soulless slop.
Seriosuly.... the defense force for this game is insane. I have a friend insulting me for saying this game is good (didn't even say it's a bad game , just that its super overhyped and not one of the best games ever made).
I have 30 hours into the game and I am having fun. It really can’t be overstated just how enormous the world is. Now is it the greatest game of all time or anything? No, at least I have not felt that yet, but I would definitely say it’s worth buying based on the sheer amount of world they give you to explore.

there are ballwashers and kultur war faggots that took CD as something, sure, but yeah you did a really good reminder on the retarded defense force for far worse games.
In case anyone is like me and wants to try the game without buying its worth checking out Hypervisor repack by Fit"Girl" (the provided launcher didnt work so i had to go to main folder and run VBS as admin for it to work) i played it for few mins (i just used some random gusy save just to see how game runs and other stuff) and it ran well when i lowered everything to High (rtx5060ti and ryzen 7 5700x3d idk how much fps but it was def above 60 since everything was smooth)
From few mins that i played around i will wait few months for things to settle down (and get cheaper) then i will maybe get it.
In the meantime i guess i will check out Black Desert again.
WARNING
Hypervisor is apparently also VERY risky if i understood correcly you could catch megaids so after you are done playing its better to restart the PC then go back to doing other stuff
