Covid/mRNA Vaccine Info General - "Covid Seasonal Flu Vaccines is Society's New Normal" - FDA

Herd immunity as a result of pretty much everybody getting infected was always the plan until the vaccine marketing schemes kicked in.

The whole point of "two weeks to slow the spread", "two weeks to flatten the curve" was to slow natural infection enough that severe cases wouldn't overflow hospital capacity all at once. But the idea that we would all get infected and our immune systems would just put their big boy pants on and deal with it was the assumption. This wasn't that much of a departure from established processes, if at all.

Sweden didn't even go that far. They just did what you are supposed to do; isolate the vulnerable, and let the rest of us get infected.

Now though? Now you need to post 5 goodboiposts to reddit per week praising Pfizer in order to maintain eligiblity for your heckin sciencejuice booster shots, which are such a massive improvement over our own bodys' ability to deal with infection that missing one means you would burn Galileo at the stake, think Dinosaurs walked the earth with Jesus, and need to lose your job and your kids confiscated by the state.

If you pause and take a look at the complete mindfuck that has been attempted on the mass populace over the last year and a half, you really do start to wonder if the chosen are right and we are just supposed to be goyim cattle for YHVH.

Americans seem to find this concept especially unfathomable, there's an assumption that by having no mandates, people just descend into madness. I know Swedish people who had Christmas dinner outside because they feared for vulnerable members of their family and others who just went on with their normal lives because they were healthy. The numbers worked out the same and people learned to be mindful of one another.

Mask mandates bred a weird sort of contempt in the western countries that relied on them, the situation became very focused on optics and virtue signalling.

Seriously, Marry me!

Anybody know much about novavax trials? I know a guy who is adamant that he was given Novavax and not a placebo. Would it be unusual to do trials without placebo?

The reason why it was approved so quickly to begin with is that there are hardly any legitimately dangerous side effects for a flu like vaccine, and extremely rare occurrences such as blood clotting has always been a speculative side effect of flu vaccinations.

A coronavirus not an influenza. You should reference the history of coronavirus vaccines not influenza vaccines.

Only AZ & J&J use the same vaccine type as some influenza vaccines

What influenza vaccines are viral vector? Wikipedia just lists 4 covid vaccines and 2 Ebola vaccines.

"Its just a flu vaccine, bro!"

You're right.
I would have sworn FluMist was a VV, but apparently its just a Live Attenuated Virus (LAV).
Mandela Effect moment, my bad.

Urbanite bugmen Americans.
Rural Americans understand the concept more than they understand 4WD.

I know it’s not influenza. I said “flu-like” for brevity. there is no precedent for a vaccine against SARs like virus, but there is precedent for vaccines against viral respiratory infections

If you honestly believe the stuff you write here, you must be a rather exceptional individual.

Please continue to write more as your takes are totally not shit and you bring up many valid and relevant points.

Vaccination has much more to do with the type/shape/taxonomy of the virus (or bacteria) and a lot less about what part of the body it infects.
virtually no medical professional is anti-vaxx
Okay good to know virtually every doctor will recommend jabbing some newborns with the anthrax vaccine.

Good bit of smug sociopathy from the LA Times:

Yet another “Get vaxx or die!”(Archive) article. They just feel so fucking smug. LA Times is behind a paywall and I can’t do the whole text right now but here are some choice quotes:

Nice words to say to someone presumably on their death bed:

“Well,” I said, “I can pretty much guarantee we would have never met had you gotten vaccinated, because you would have never been hospitalized. All of our COVID units are full and every single patient in them is unvaccinated. Numbers don’t lie. The vaccines work.”

Nice sociopathy. Here are some about how if you doubt, you will die.

“If you believe I’ll just wait until the FDA approves the vaccine first, you may not live to see the day.”

“If you believe the pandemic is almost over and I can ride it out, without getting vaccinated, you could not be more wrong. This virus will find you.”

This sounds like a thriller movie quote. “The virus will find you....... and kill you.

My personal favorite:

“If you believe I’m pregnant and I don’t want the vaccine to affect me, my baby or my future fertility, it matters little if you’re not alive to see your newborn.”

How dare you be concerned for your fertility? You will definitely die (as the 1% of people who die) if you don’t vaccinate while fucking pregnant.

Everyone on my social media pages just blindly shares this and feels so smug. I wish I hadn’t gotten it (felt the pressure of living in a city and knowing it will become mandatory, it’s already happening) and I’m terrified that I’ve possibly damaged my body, like a coward.

“The most effective thing you can do to protect yourself, your loved ones and the world is to GET VACCINATED.”

What happened to herd immunity? 🤔 The CDC changed their website after having the same definition for years. And yet liberals traditionally were the ones against big pharma. Funny how that works. Pure sociopathy.

This type of thing could lead people to be afraid to go to a hospital if they aren't vaccinated. Even if it's for a broken leg or a bad wound. People already died because they were too afraid of ERs during the pandemic. We don't need to make it any worse.

South Park was wrong about The Smug. It wasn't going to come from hybrid cars. It was going to come from vaccines for an overinflated pandemic.

Why Is everyone trying to make this retarded shit a political statement?

If you get the shot, good on you.
If you dont, I understand why.

Why is it so hard for others to see both points

Because there is a desperate need to own the libs/cons even though people are dying. Is sort of shitty really.

Why Is everyone trying to make this retarded shit a political statement?
Have you not seen the President v. Florida Gov. slap fight over the mask and vax mandates? I don't think the thread should be polluted with politicking, especially since neither side really wants what's best for you, but the minute a subject enters into the realm of legislation and law it immediately becomes political.
Add to that what's going on in France and elsewhere and you realize that it's been pushed as a political statement for a long time now.

Vaccine Hesitancy, Anti-Vax, etc are not terms slung at those concerned about/wary of the Covid vaccines without political motivation. Just look a couple pages back, dude.

This video aged well.
Like the finest of wine. Who knew this guy who looks like Jersey incarnate would be so accurate?
A doctor talks about treating patients with pharmaceutical therapies in March 2020, rather than letting people die and "waiting for a vaccine."
I've heard about that before a while ago, yeah. Interesting. Now that we know Covid 19 is a vascular disease rather than chiefly respiratory as formerly supposed, I wonder what that says about this doctor's choice of aid.

Why Is everyone trying to make this retarded shit a political statement?

If you get the shot, good on you.
If you dont, I understand why.

I don't care if someone else gets the vaccine. If they are fat and/or old, its probably the smart thing to do.

But how many people are pushing to exclude vaccinated people from work & school?
How many people are pushing to only allow unvaccinated to travel or fly?
How many people are saying that we should all suffer collective punishment until people stop getting vaccinated?

Its easy to understand that people have individual choices, and letting people have those individual choices - but >99% of the aggression is coming from one side of the argument on this one.

Major worry about the cyber landscape, Section 230 and more. Posted this on the OP with another article about Twitter's new hostile moderation about "Covid misinformation". This one comes from what I gather is a major professional consultation think tank. The terminology here and the overall aim and wording is just beyond madness:
Everest Group Think Tank.png
EverestGroupPoc3.jpg
EverestGroupPic2.jpg

In short, it seems major international consultation groups and think tanks are pushing for a multifaceted effort on every conceivable front to censor and remove ALL information contrary to the mainstream narrative for the Covid vaccine and the virus itself. We're talking GLOBAL censorship in/from every industry, from tech to medical to whatever else you can think of; the notion of "vaccine hesitancy" is metaphorically being treated like an illness unto itself, one inflicted by a viral "infodemic".
The rise in reported Covid cases in Florida is also being blamed on the spread of misinformation. How? Well because information kills dontcha know

Yes, the term "infodemic" is actually catching on among these corporations and their consultant groups. It now has a proper definition as well, as highlighted in the pic above. They aren't the only ones, either. Just look at some of the results you get after searching the term:
infodemic.png
It's peddled even in the online dictionary sites, Yale Medicine and PubMed
The infodemic. INFODEMIC! We are entering a year where the powers that be are pushing for a broad yet variable Ministry of Truth, not only from governments but from every applicable aspect of the private sector, in order to "battle the danger of the infodemic". Or, in their words:
A multi-stakeholder approach, in the form of an independent review board, consisting of experts from different walks of life, can be a promising way forward for all parties involved to take on the onerous challenge of defeating health misinformation.
And wouldn't you know it? Have a gander at the OP to see what Twitter's new approach to the spread of Covid "misinformation" is!
Mind you, this is because America is hesitant to savage Section 230 (by some miracle of Christ I can only suppose considering how both Republicans and Democrats want to give it the Yaniv treatment). Or perhaps it's coercion: the threat of savaging Sect. 230 is a tactic to force BigTech to fall in line. This isn't just some lame duck Trump bloviation making demands, after all. This involves a lot more people and governments all pushing for the same thing across the globe: the end of the infodemic.

TL;DR We're in for some real hard times ahead Kiwis. Some really, really hard times ahead...

EDIT: Decided to take a look at how Wikipedia defines something as simple as "misinformation", and man, they sure tried to make is as vague as possible.

So even if it's truthful, if it's deemed "misleading" in any way it's conveyed it counts as misinformation. Joy.

We've always kept records of our lives. Through words, pictures, symbols... from tablets to books... But not all the information was inherited by later generations. A small percentage of the whole was selected and processed, then passed on. Not unlike genes, really. But in the current, digitized world, trivial information is accumulating every second, preserved in all its triteness. Never fading, always accessible.
Rumors about petty issues, misinterpretations, slander...
All this junk data preserved in an unfiltered state, growing at an alarming rate. It will only slow down social progress, reduce the rate of evolution.
What we propose to do is not to control content, but to create context.
Everyone withdraws into their own small gated community, afraid of a larger forum. They stay inside their little ponds, leaking whatever "truth" suits them into the growing cesspool of society at large. The different cardinal truths neither clash nor mesh. No one is invalidated, but nobody is right. Not even natural selection can take place here. The world is being engulfed in "truth."
"It's not my fault. It's not your fault." In denial, you simply resort to looking for another, more convenient "truth" in order to make yourself feel better. Leaving behind in an instant the so-called "truth" you once embraced. Should someone like that be able to decide what is "truth"? Should someone like you even have the right to decide? You've done nothing but abuse your freedom. You don't deserve to be free!

LOL, my state is over 70% vaccinated and we still got a new mask mandate with the threat of going back to lockdown phases. Even in the counties with the highest vaccination rates they're seeing case rates as high or higher than during last winter's wave. So I hope they can forgive me (I know, they won't) if I don't buy this "get the jab and maybe we won't ruin your economy again" nonsense.
That's one thing I really don't get. I personally have come to the conclusion that the vaccine is effective at preventing serious cases of covid. ... So why do fully vaccinated people have to comply with all these ridiculous health mandates? If everyone has the chance to take the shot and antivaxxers are stupid people we don't care about, why should the fully vaccinated elite have to mask, social distance, etc? People choosing not to vaccinate are taking their lives into their own hands and people who are vaccinated will effectively get the flu... so who cares? Open everything up and let people sort it out for themselves. If the vaccine is as effective at preventing death as it should be, the majority of people will change their minds really quickly.

So why do fully vaccinated people have to comply with all these ridiculous health mandates?
They want to install permanent movement control laws. The virus is not killing people by the hundreds of millions like they said it would. They're pushing things out as much as possible hoping to get vaccine passports signed into law.

Australia has had no pandemic and they're locking down the entire country because of 1 single case. Israel has had almost everyone vaccinated, they're also locking down the country because people are still getting infected while vaccinated.

Hollywood hulk hogan is literally a pharma experiment. He shills in this thread because if the vaccine doesn’t work, he literally volunteered to get injected with soyience juice and seethes at the idea of people not getting their nigger cattle shot. To cope he screams about schizophrenia despite constantly getting owned Trump lives in his head rent free and his spike protein drenched balls quiver at the idea of “owning trump supporters”. The fact trump got the jab and encouraged everyone to is lost on him. The mere existence of vaxx free sperm sends him into an existential tailspin.

And he can’t even sneed.

Sorry that laughing at schizophrenics and the people who take stuff they say seriously makes you so upset.

Just because you have crippling autism and thus are stupid and gullible enough to believe schizophrenic ramblings doesn't mean you need to be so assmad that I am laughing at you
