I've been trying to find the correct way to report specifically vaccine symptoms in the UK to anyone, anyone at all, and there doesn't seem to be one for the average common person.

That's why VAERS is great, warts and all. That said, you should see a cardiologist and get tested immediately. Don't even tell him you had the vaccine if you can help it, just to make sure the mention of it doesn't make his brain shut down. He'll parrot the same things you've already heard like when you mention John 1:1 to a Jehova Witness cultist. It's total blackpill material when I'm taking the words of a random Kiwifarms user and that it's the most direct piece of medical advice I've gotten since 2020 - the NHS are very much 'leave it alone' unless you're about to turn up on their doorstep half-dead. Not sure how it works in America but we can't just ask for a cardiologist here (I wish we could), I'd have to act like a Karen-Munchie hybrid to force my way on a hospital bed but I don't speak medical-grift. He was definitely an early leading researcher on the subject, but he wasn't the sole individual responsible for bringing mRNA methodology to fruition.
