Cooking Youtubers you Recommend? - Because comparing a $400 steak to a $20 steak is not content

not really a cooking youtuber, but I've been enjoying this, the guy who played pearson in rdr2 is doing stew reviews

Chefsteps is growing on me recently. I like how they breakdown the steps, there's plenty of small steps on a preparation that if you neglect you can botch a recipe. Straining the eggs on a omelette avoid those ugly white pockets, good for filtering chalaza out too

He made this omurice with demi glace, which makes it more appealing to me than the regular ketchup that is the staple for the japanese. Seems like a nice channel for beginners and people that want to shape rough edges in their technique

I recommend this

Giovanni Siracusa hasn't been mentioned yet, but he's good, the pasta salad recipe in particular. Sandwiches of History has already been mentioned, I think, but he bears mentioning again. Not so much a detailed recipe channel, but a good source of culinary inspiration.
