Sorry for the somewhat necro, but I think the end is close for mr cookie tookie. I felt the need to document this here and archive it. He just got out of jail 2 months ago after serving a year in for I believe beating up an elderly person. Now, he’s gotten to the point to where he can hardly talk anymore due to all of the drugs. He yells at people on the street that they are “zapping” his feet. He went to the hospital after jail due to his feet always hurting. Cookie live-streamed at the hospital (because he believes everyone is trying to kidnap him) and all we could hear is the doctors begging for cookie to allow them to help him or he could die. You can see cookie showing his feet towards the end of this video.
