Conor McGregor's proposed clash against Logan Paul is set to go ahead with both men making a staggering $250 million.

'The Notorious' announced his potential return to the ring with a post on social media. The UFC standout revealed he'd be facing the YouTube star in an exhibition boxing match next year.

The news came as a surprise to the combat sports world due to Conor McGregor's absense from the octagon.

While still under contract with the UFC, McGregor hasn't competed in over four years. Despite rumors of a return to action, nothing has materialized and fans are sat wondering if he'll ever fight again.

Those doubts turned to intrigue when Conor McGregor announced he'd be stepping into the squared circle to fight Logan Paul.

Further information has now surfaced on their potential boxing bout. According to new reports, the 36-year-old MMA ace will likely walk away with $250 million from the mega-fight—one of the biggest single fight payouts in combat sports history.

As confirmed by The Mac Life, Conor McGregor vs. Logan Paul is set to play a huge role in the upcoming 'Visit India' tourism campaign.

The pair will throw down in the Wankhede Stadium. The arena is largely known as an International cricket stadium, home to the Mumbai Indians.

If all goes to plan and Conor McGregor locks horns with Logan Paul in the boxing ring, the two will likely compete in front of over 33,000 fans in attendance.

This could be the first real delve into the WWE/UFC merger since the TKO takeover last year.

There have been several examples of the two sporting powerhouses new merger.

Daniel Cormier appearing on WWE TV as a referee, Cody Rhodes sharing a video post about a UFC event, and Michael Chandler appearing on WWE Raw to call out Conor McGregor are just a few examples of what's to come in the TKO era.

So a rapist and a scammer step into the ring and get paid enough money to last a dozen of us the rest of our lives...
I hope they both die of cancer to the penis.
The fight is in India. A rapist is perfect candidate for national hero in street shitter culture. McGregor will get a royal welcome for his treatment of women alone. The actual boxing fight is just secondary. Most Indians who approach won't ask for MMA tips or an autograph. They'll want rape tips and sexual assault pointers from him instead.

Why are they hosting it in jeetland? Do they really think anyone will travel to mumbai to watch the fight?
It's to remind people that India is a real place that exists and you can visit it, that's pretty much it. India wants to attract tourists by drawing in famous youtubers to basically advertise India to their audience, and famous youtubers want to tap into the massive Indian audience by doing stuff in India so it's a win-win for them in theory.

I will watch it for free just to see how stupid it can get.

>Saar Mac Gregory and Saar Paul Logan in a Last saar to radeem fight, good sirs. The needful of 250 million rupees will be between, yes? First saar to beat the other into bloody bechod basturd may radeem 250 million. Designated shitting street is behind the venue.

Tourism industries exist on creating an image to visit a place that you wouldn't want to visit otherwise, trying to play to the area's strengths.

Our case study is Lake Charles, Louisiana. Overall, it can be described as a shithole. Not to the degree of Los Angeles or New Orleans, but it's not great, lots of crumbling ghettos and all that. It constantly gets its ass kicked during hurricanes; half the time you can zoom in on Google Earth and find blue FEMA tarps on houses. At best you have a normal suburban-type town with your Target, your Olive Garden, your mall, your movie theater, your chain non-Walmart supermarkets. And it has casinos because Louisiana. It's hardly anything to write home about though and certainly not some place you'd want to visit voluntarily.

So what to do? Make a commercial that accentuates the positives. Use the lake with fishing, the one or two really decent, unique restaurants, the casinos. It's a thin premise, but you can make it work.

What does India have? Yeah sure, the Taj Mahal, which is instantly recognizable but every other city with some recognizable but overrated landmark (example: San Antonio and the Alamo) they have other stuff in the area to see and do (lots of restaurants, shops, hotels, tourist traps, etc.); in India you have to approach from the east or west to the Taj Mahal and it's easy to see why.

Can you make a series of commercials showcasing India as a place where you'd want to visit? Not much in the way of natural beauty since everything is so polluted, not much in the way of great cityscapes since everything is a crumbling, cramped labyrinth that makes San Francisco and Portland look great, not much in the way of fun since the population is poor, not much in the way of history unless you were really into Indian mythology, and not much in the way of food unless you want some slop that smells heavily of cumin and looks like explosive diarrhea. To attract tourists, you have to create something out of literally nothing (think the Las Vegas strip or maybe WDW Resort) and/or have a place that at least wouldn't be hell on earth to live there.

This is why cities in Western Europe, United States, Canada, Japan (and other parts of Southeast Asia), and Australia are even feasible as tourist destinations despite some serious shortcomings. India doesn't even have that.

McGregor is about 170 pounds and maybe 5'8. Logan paul is 6'2 and 205.
McGregor showed off all his limited boxing skills years ago in his lame fight with Floyd Mayweather.
Logan Paul's fight against Tyson was just dumb.

So this "fight" will break all records because its what people these days really want to see.

What does India have?

The pervasive smell of rotting garbage from the minute you leave the plane. Its what defines India and that smell is everywhere in India. Once you have experienced it, you can never forget it.

Dude couldn't beat a twilight Mayweather; he has no chance against one half of the Old Coot Humilliators.
Whoever is paying for these fights is throwing money away.
Pay 50 Cent to box Ja Rule or Rick Ross instead. At least those guys have a reason to fight outside of a paycheck.
