My guess is that history courses involve a lot less homework than math (so less time invested in it), are less thought-intensive (I think most people struggle with math, it's not just a Connor thing), and if a class is actually interesting (like this class seems to be), it's even easier to get into.

Silly me. Anyways, I'm steadily working on Alphaboy's first draft whenever I get the opportunity, now that I've started my Western Civilization class. Before I started writing, I figured Zauzer would have a villain to back him up; the Karl to his Hans, to put it one way.

A couple of us were talking about your current projects in chat. I wish I could remember who said it, but have you put more thought into doing a weekly movie review blog / thread? I know how much you like film, and it could serve the dual purpose of giving you something to do to help train yourself to work on a schedule and also get you to watch movies that might not have been on your radar.
I've got a huge collection of awful action and sci/fi movies and the majority of them seem to be available on youtube (example: Hell comes to Frogtown with Rowdy Roddy Piper). A lot of people in this thread, while they may be a bit... aggressive, dig your writing and I'm not alone in wanting more of it.

Wouldn't it make more logical sense to get the degree first and then be able to do all that stuff on the side when you have a pretty stable job?
