Rememberbronies?The decaying corpse of that fandom - somehow still around after the show they obsess over having ended seven years ago, and after 2021's 'Generation 5' fumbled the ball to its' audience of spergs by apparently undermining the previous show's characters ala the Star Wars Sequels - are now dealing with a new catastrophe: a reboot! Earlier this month, news came out that at San Diego Comic Con, new pony information would be revealed on July 24th. They also brought back the creator of their well-recieved show, Lauren Faust, to be on the panel announcing it with the Hasbro people (after having previously publicly parted ways with them during the second season of her show in 2012). This sparked a lot of discussion amongst the bronies.
Unfortunately for Hasbro, material from the show would leak early on 4chan and Twitter, earning a Twitter trend. The drama? They cut two of the main six characters. Looking at that Twitter trend, tweets and genuine autistic emotional outbursts about this gained tens upon tens of thousands of likes and hundreds of memes and art depicting Hasbro having murdered said characters.
For a time, it appears that there was some amount of doubt on whether or not these leaks were legitimate. Unfortunately for the bronies, come July 24th, these leaks would be proven to be True & Honest, and also that Faust does not seem to be actively involved in this show's development. It is also releasing biweekly, exclusively to YouTube, as nine-minute mini episodes. Cue the autistic screeching!

The meltdown, having been sustained for several days prior thanks to the leaks and amplified by the official announcement, were so loud that Hasbro itself had to initiate active damage control by seemingly course-correcting and announcing they would now show up later in the show. However, complaints from the bronies are still loud regarding their cutdown, its' fragmented episode runtime, biweekly release schedule, and creative team. Will the bronies ever get a show that they're actually satisfied with? Or will Hasbro rape them whilst the manchildren keep giving them their money? Who knows! What I know for sure, though, is that this is pretty entertaining to watch unfold!

Rand Paul, the senator spearheading the questioning, plans to hold him in contempt of Congress, as Fauci has already received a full federal pardon covering potential federal offenses related to his government service under the Biden administration. Paul argues that, as a result, Fauci is bound by law to answer truthfully. Since the pardon protects him from criminal charges for covered past actions, Paul contends it is technically not self-incrimination to answer these questions truthfully.
