  • Taylor Lorenz flees to Mastodon in the wake of Elon Musk's reforms to Twitter. Since Mastodon is part of the Fediverse network (including the likes of poa.st), that means that anyone using those instances were noted of Lorenz's entry, and since most of Fediverse's population is composed of people driven off Twitter by the likes of Lorenz and her ilk, they gave her a very warm welcome; and
  • Patrick Tomlinson's debt to Quasi has officially reached $38,000.
 
Keffals published a patreon stream that includes talks about how he's in the process of suing someone. He won't reveal who it is because that would give "that party an opportunity to destroy as much evidence as possible". He also states that the lolsuit would bring an amount of media attention and make his community happy.

Many posters are guessing that it's a suit against null/the kiwi farms.

Someone gave Ethan (H3H3) the iPad back this week and he's been on a twitter sperging spree, leading to his eventual suspension from twitter tonight.

First, he started on Saturday arguing about the 41% with Tulsi Gabbard and Lauren Southern using totally true and honest facts:

Clerk's office confirms that Russ' lawyers violation of a deadline won't be punished:

Oral Argument (in person) was ordered in Russ' appeal against Null. The argument is set for 1/18/2023 at 9:00 A.M. Mountain Time. Both parties were warned that the court was unlikely to accept a request to appear remotely:
