Not propaganda but cybercrime, its no secret the Chineese hoard user data like mad.
India and many other govs do the same but i dont know if it is the case for this instance

A lot of people are bringing up how tiktok was the platform used to fuck with his rally in Tulsa, so it must be a personal vendetta.
To their credit, the way it was reported didn't exactly delve very deep into any reasoning behind it.
The average person could care less that their data is being gathered by the Chinese gov't, or any entity for that matter.
