Yeah court docs, I'll quote love Soze's post from the LLP thread below so you can find it easier. That particular section came from the end of Exhibit A Joeming Dunn's deposition (owner of AP), it's a part of a lengthy email Joeming sent to another AP employee just before Waid's phonecall was returned.
If anybody wasn't aware Nick went through the main document and some of Waid's deposition last night and looks to be doing the rest tonight.
*the attached screenshot says 'buy on pacer' for the docs, but that isn't true they are all available. Screenshot was taken very quickly by @Love Soze who has been watching for document drops like a hawk.

Look at that, $35K and funded 3x over and he still has 24 days to go. Will probably hit 50k.

TUGs already over the final amount that Backer tracker is predicting for Deadbeats at $34,196, while TUGs still being predicted over 6 figures at $116,270, that's got to steam her. Depending on the last 48h of a project I've typically seen a anti-CG book prediction increase by about 10% CG is harder to gauge as projects on EVS's show have blown that out of the water before. Most of this stuff has happened while EVS was at Star Wars celebration, but now he's back it's likely he'll push TUGs project to piss them off even more. It's very possible that TUG makes it to the 6 figures nice young lady club.

As some one who is just getting caught up with all this #comicsgate it has the most convoluted/autistic lore that rivals that of LoSH/X-men.

Watching Zack's new video. He keeps saying his case will last awhile and his case is a federal case. Does this mean he lost the jurisdiction argument? I hope zack is just being a dummy here, or I'm just confused.

You're a little confused. It is a federal case under diversity jurisdiction, as Waid is in California but everyone else is in Texas. See the OP of the LLP thread.

There is something I'm not understanding then. Right now Meyer is defending the case from going into federal court and trying to keep it in Texas due to more favorable laws for TI. I thought that calling something a 'federal' case would mean that it would end up in a court outside of a state eventually. So is it just defaulted as a federal case until Meyer moves it back to the state?

I'm probably going to get some of this wrong and will defer to any of the more knowledgable farmers who correct me, but here's what I understand. Meyer is not trying to keep the case from going to federal court; it already is in federal court due to the participants being in separate states. However, the case will be tried under Texas law, not federal law. What Waid's side is trying to do is make the argument that it cannot be tried as a Texas case because Waid is not a resident of, does not do a significant amount of business in, and did not commit a crime in Texas. Meyer's counsel is making the case that those last two arguments are incorrect, and that the case should not be thrown out.

It's in federal court, specifically the Western District of Texas. Federal jurisdiction is because of what is called diversity jurisdiction, when the plaintiff(s) and defendant(s) are all from separate states. The causes of action are under Texas state law, so the federal court applies state law.
