Just the fact Brian Visaggio even did that at all shows how pathetic his life is. It's Thanksgiving Day, and instead of being with friends and family, he's going through hundreds of hours of video of some guy he hates desperately trying to find a single frame of anything he can file a fraudulent DMCA notification about.
That's his sad, pathetic life.
Troons aren't mentally ill, though.

Rackets checked and Mags has no ownership over any copyrights. Also any copyright claims on YaBoi's videos would have to come from the companies, not the creators to be legit.

One of the more interesting points he brought up is that Ya Boi could go after discovery on fake Christmas. Logic goes like this; Ya Boi is suing Waid, Waid has recently just hired Kwanza, Kwanza has DMCA'd Zack in an effort to de-platform. Did Waid and Kwanza talk about this? It would be interesting to find out and Zack's lawyer may argue to do so.

And if they have real time bad word detection, why not just bleep them or replace them with innocuous terms for comedy, instead of permabanning people? They have the supertech for low delay real-time audio editing. Why put up a game disrupting show with the Arsenal just for a potty-mouth? Besides, all this establishes is that the kid is fond of swearing and being a rude. Should have instead had him banned for griefing and disrupting the game, would tie into him then cooperating with the blue one to disrupt the game way better.
