He's not wrong, but it's because current comics suck so badly that the mediocrity that is Jawbreakers looks amazing by comparison. He's refusing to understand that a big part of the reason these businesses are failing are entirely because of shit art, shit writing, and crowd ostracizing. The other reason is they fucking refuse to revise or figure out other distribution methods.

I agree, but in this case Andrew is straw-manning (again).
Its found it’s market, which is all online and is ordering the book in advance.
Shops can and mostly get books from small publishers like Antarctic Press through special ordering anyways. I also get the feeling he’s trying to imply that it’s a digital comic.
The buyers aren’t regular comic shop visitors for the most part,...
That easily proven false just with MoveTheNeedle.
...and stores have have very little incentive to carry a $25 book...
The IndieGoGo book is a trade (multiple issues), the book that would’ve come to stores through AP were floppies (single issues). Andrew is implying that the IndieGoGo version of the the book was the one heading to stores and it’s price would be $25, the floppies price on the other hand would be the average $3-$5 per issue. Also returning to the other strawman that was built from the Final Order Cut-Off about Zack sperging because the won’t stock his book, when actually it’s about not allowing special orders of his book.
...from a YouTube Troll and a guy who drew some issues of Cable
Lol they always leave out Brett Smith who’s worked on HULK, Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Guardians of the Galaxy, Suicide Squad, Harley Quinn, Nightwing, Flash, Wolverine, Avengers, X-Men and more.

I’m getting Deja Vu:

Maybe I'm the :optimistic: one but how does Mags think Jawbreakers isn't actually going to be released? I don't think D&C has a bad record with fulfilling promises.
Deadbeaters, the guy that thinks I’m YaboiZack, posted this question during that time D&C was taking questions for his video.

I did some digging and found out that it was true he didn’t fulfill it but he’s been pretty public about refunding those backers.

That was what I assumed but it doesn't really imply "con artist" where he runs off with the money like Kieran did with "Mossy". They did get a refund or the book.

ComicLiberty was CG’s predecessor. It was born when Manara got blacklisted by Marvel for a cover he made that SJWs went REEEEE about:

Connie Brooks is a perfect name and best art.

Don’t know if they were the artists but the third pic was used regularly by the ShittyWebcomics tumblr back when they were a thing. They did make their own art occasionally so they could have created it.

I've been blissfully unaware of all this nonsense, because I truly didn't give a fuck, but a bunch of artists, writers and letterers all got rejected from NYCC. Is that connected to all this stupidity, or is that another brand of stupid?
