Seeing as there's no thread to really discuss comic books I figured i'd make one.
I'm an avid reader of Marvel and DC (More Marvel..sorry DC readers.) currently in the AXIS event and slowly will move on to the new Secret Wars arc once I finish what I started. On top of that there's been some huge changes in recent years.
- Wolverine died. (As a Canadian this depressed the shit out of me.)
- Thor became a woman.
- Ms. Marvel is a muslim teenager.
- Captain America is black.
- Wolverine was replaced by X-23
- Hawkeye is now a Woman
- Deadpool finally joined the Avengers
- Jessica Drew aka Spider-Woman is 9 months pregnant and fighting crime
As for DC there was the New 52 reboot fiasco however nothing really to write home about.
