Possible, but his hypothesis was that early humans would look to breed in a way that would maximize the offspring's chances of surviving the world. In many ways we still do this to this day. What that means is they cut out a piece of your rib and use the cartilage to create definition, shape, and projection in the nose.

Revision rhinoplasties cost considerably more than primary ones. He can go to Turkey can get it done for under $10k, flight and hotel included, whereas it would likely be over $25k in the US for just the surgery.
