1. Segregating conscripts
For some countries, conscription is basically the only way to defend themselves, yet impact it has on population's culture is disastrous - it serves as a hive for ghetto culture, where more aggressive and criminal classes and races socially dominate. One can barely imagine how horrifying,degenerate and violent would be conscript army in a country like America or France.
However, I have already invented a solution for this: SEGREGATED ARMY
Not necessarily by race, but by more universal metric: potential criminality, based on multiple factors, such as:
-School graduation test scores
-Being/not being a high school dropout
-Teenage delinquency records
-Addiction
-Certain crimes, committed either by person itself or by parents: such as drunk driving, fights with random people, drug consumption, abandoning children, prostitution and others crimes most common among low IQ populations. White collar crime doesn't count.
-IQ testing
The conscripts can be sorted into three separate categories:
1. Upper group: highest GPA, no criminal record, high IQ
2. Middle group: majority of conscripts, average test scores
3. Lower group: low GPA, school dropouts, delinquents, low IQ, addicts
These groups should live separately and engage in different kinds of training: lower group for low qualification, high death rates roles, upper group for high qualification, low death rate roles. The higher conscript's "caste", the deadlier weapons they will be allowed to handle.
Lower class must be barred from any jobs related to policing, while upper class should be encouraged to join elite police corps.
Lower class must be always sent to the war first. Full-scale conscription of upper classes for war starts only when country runs out of potential lower class conscripts. Until this, upper classes are to be only conscripted for high-qualification roles.
2. "Two armies" idea
Governments relying on armies exposes them to significants risk: they are often staffed with individuals with low IQ and high potential for criminality. This can be alleviated by creating a smaller "second army" consisting entirely of aforementioned "upper class" officers who meet strict criteria, unlike regular army members who join it because they're poor. Second army should be paid more, and should be trained specifically to suppress and punish first army if it goes loose.
In other words, "second army" is special forces trained to fight against insurrections and violations of first one. If regular army goes loose and starts chimping out and raping civilians, then second army pulls up and gives them Mexican cartel type of punishment.
3. Ultimate argument for mass gun ownership
Organizations like army and police tend to accumulate retarded, violent individuals, who join them mostly because they're too stupid for normal jobs. Letting them have overwhelming power over civilians is absurd, and leads to military juntas, totalitarianism and atrocities. Civilian power must exceed that of army and similar structures.
Mass civilian gun ownership achieves this by creating a "civilian army" of gun owners, who are far more numerous than all government's fighters combined.
Mass civilian gun ownership also keeps government scared of consequences of its own actions, thus making it less likely to enforce overtly totalitarian measures: this is why America haven't yet completely abolished its legal freedoms and created laws like "hate speech laws" or "holocaust denial laws".
Without second amendment, first doesn't mean anything.
