Okay, I'll get the people I said I'd do yesterday now.
I've also got one with alternate text:

I went ahead and did my best to make it match the painted aesthetic.
A little bit of work, but straightforward after planning it out. Most of the time spent was just finding a bench photographed at an angle that worked.
Matched the glow, as per requested.

I can't decide if Lil' Xan has "I'm a drug dealer at my school, I could kill you if I wanted" energy or "is that Billie Eilish" energy, which must be resolved before sticking a santa hat on him.
also finding a picture where he isn't wearing a hoodie over a beanie would help, unless there are Santa hoodies. (presumably there are, and sold by Hot Topic)

A version with colored hat for shits and giggles:
I underestimated the challenge of low-res anime dude hair. Doesn't look as awful at icon resolution, though
Couldn't quite get the beard perfect due to the face being at an angle, but I'm otherwise quite proud of this one.

Sorry for the delay, let's get back into it.
A bit small, but doable.
I went ahead and kept the text intact. I also made a second version with a snowy backdrop.
A bit simple, so I had some fun with it.
The art style is simplistic enough that I'm fairly certain I can emulate it.
