Chris's incest charge is dismissed

While you can chock it up to outside forces impending on his life there is no doubt Chris Chan is the master of luck. Both bad and good luck. His life is as determined as like the difference as a game of dice. Sometimes it lands on the bad luck (much of his experience with the trolls) and sometimes it lands on the good luck (as with here). I have no doubt he has God and anime on his side as well.

Will He try to reclaim his temple of 14BC?
And how will Barb react to that?

He certainly is the plaything of some sadistic God.
“I cannot persuade myself that a beneficent and omnipotent God would have designedly created the Chris Chan [a species of sonic autist] with the express intention of him raping his senile elderly mother.” - Charles Darwin

The Virgin Pmurt Vs. The Chad Chan

So they realized they didn't have any evidence besides the DMs where he said he molested his mom and the mother apparently isn't credible as a witness since she's not there anymore upstairs? I guess I could see how it was dismissed then, I suppose. If he was in the group home he probably won't be going back home, either way.

This is exactly what I said that every time a judge lets it slide, he's letting the next offense slide too.

If Chris had been convicted of tresspassing, he would have been a repeat offender and hitting Snyder with his fucking car would've been a felony because he'd have priors

If Chris had been convicted of a felony for hitting Snyder, he'd have a prior and pepper spraying the Gamestop employee would've been tried as a felony for the maximum sentence

If Chris had been convicted of a felony for macing the Gamestop employee, he'd have a prior and fucking his mother would've been prosecuted for the maximum sentence

Every time a judge lets it slide it keeps his record clean so the next offense is always his "first offense". No one deserves 58 first offenses!

I tell you this, when Chris finally does get a misdemeanor conviction, even for just shoplifting, all of a sudden everything he does after that will be a repeat offense, and they'll actually start piling up for every judge that sees him!

I remember when the motherfucking allegations first came to light many of us including me couldn't believe Chris would do this of his own volition. Many blamed Isabella Loretta Janke and her ilk for putting Chris up to it or even that Barb herself had manipulated Chris into it. Chris had always been uncomfortably close with Barb but even he seemed to be able to draw a line despite being retarded so many were quick to suspect gayops. We may never know how Barb herself responded to all this but I think it's clear from Chris's subsequent actions that there is no point trying to shift the blame away from him.

Never forget Borb was Chris' prom date and neither took issue with that. Those two have always been vaguely incesteous and weird.

Does this mean we'll finally get to see the court details that were sealed, or are they sealed forever now?

this ignores quite a few facts

“Chris hit Snyder with his car” Chris and barb were attempting to leave and Snyder was trying to hold their car back . This also was charged at felony level but settled via plea agreement as is very often the case for cases like these

The state overcharges to spook people into settling and avoiding pricey trials . Point is you are overstating how these crimes are viewed in particular with how they impact future prosecutions .

Also Chris DOES have misdemeanors.
