What I think you guys are really failing to understand is that if one guy in the yard finds out Chris is in for a sex crime, they'll all know. That stuff crosses gang boundaries, even. He won't get "raped" in the sense of someone bending him over in the showers; he'll get cornered and beaten into a coma, and also probably end up with a broom handle rammed so far up his ass it ejects his esophagus through his nose.

Ironically they might still "accidentally" put him in gen pop anyway because CO's hate rapists as much as the next rational human being. It happens pretty often.

I'm not sure that the higher ups would want to put a tranny retard in gen pop with the current political climate. CNN would coom its pants at that narrative.

I'm pretty sure they have psych wards in prisons. I still don't think they'd put him in GP unless they're trying to get him killed, which I guess could happen. Rationally I think they're going to seclude him in some area with other extra weirdly fucked up wackos and load him up on meds so he doesn't talk to them all day, because I doubt he will respond to therapy.

He'll try being true and honest with them and tell them he's in there because "he had sex with his girlfriend" but if he confides in even one person your scenario would probably happen.
Personally I would tell them I'm in there for theft; even if they somehow investigate it's not far from the truth.
 
Looks like it’s real no new charges tho

As far as I know, solitary is the closest thing to a psych ward, but it's moreso a tiny box with minimal human interaction
