As of now it doesn't look like it, but he was only initially charged with incest and it seems a lot of people don't get that it can be both incest and rape and you get charged with both. It is common for every single charge to not be on the arrest warrant.
 
Yeah guys what if Barb is just trolling us by creating Chris and faking dementia and she really did consent when she fucked her own son because she's just faking being crazy despite being functionally a senile vegetable (which is totally just an act)

All they have to prove is that the transaction took place after Barb was in custody and that the money went to Chris' account, and he's done. This is the easiest charge to prove, not the hardest; it just takes the warrants and the banking details a few days to change hands.

In no wise are you allowed to transfer money to your personal account from the account of an elderly person you are in charge of, even if they say you can. Just in case you're ever in charge of an elderly relative, particularly financially, make sure you keep receipts for EVERY transaction, and don't withdraw more than $60 cash walking around money for them, even if they ask for more. Every single news outlet I've seen (youtube channels or articles) call Chris "Chan" throughout the article.

Even Philip DeFranco, someone I thought was more "internet" aware couldn't be fucked to do some digging and realize calling Chris just "Chan" is retarded.
