If they can prove that Barb was mentally incapacitated as well as the incest, then yes, he goes on the registry.

If they can't, and there's only the one charge of incest, then no. If Barb isn't struggling with dementia, she better get very, very good at pretending, because I think they'd charge her with incest too.

So far, there's just one count of incest against Chris.

Chris was simply arrested on this single charge in Henrico County; when a person is arrested in a different jurisdiction, often it's usually only on one or two charges, even if they've committed multiple crimes. This does not in any way reflect the total charges he will face once he's arraigned in Greene County, where the crimes were actually committed.

I'm sure this has been pointed out but the "held without bail" thing will probably change tomorrow morning. If you are arrested in a weekend you can't be given a bail amount until you're arraigned which normally happens the following monday.

Null, you said you're done with him. Does that include helping him find housing/care like you said you would after Barb dies? Because now Chris will certainly not returning to the house, whether he beats the case or not.
