They can't charge him with a serious felony until it's gone before a grand jury. That's why they keep saying additional charges are pending.
The stuff in the motel will almost certainly be tossed out if it hasn't been already except for stuff police have taken that may include evidence(meaning basically every electronic device and rewriteable storage, any notebooks, and any sex related items). Police have likely also taken these same types of items from the home to search through for evidence, but anything left will probably get cleared out when the home is sold, tossed into a dumpster unless the buyer of the home is aware of the potential value of some of the trash. More likely it gets completely cleaned out, renovated, and becomes a non-descript suburban home that remains the same shape(or has additions if the notoriety stays high), gets new siding and roof. Your best bet is attempting to look in the local dump after the trash is collected at the motel and after the house is sold, presuming it isn't rendered complete trash by the garbage processing.

It's part of the extremely online lefty playbook. When you're backed into a corner, accuse the other side of making you feel "unsafe" which makes YOU the bad guy. Everything else Chris tried - the autism card, the tranny card, the harassment card - are all part of that same playbook.
