I have a Chevy Malibu similar to this. Over 20 years old, been through hell with its previous retarded owner. It still functions even if it's grumpy. It's 3.1 V6 is simply unbreakable. And for its age, it had pretty modern features like ABS braking. I don't trust a Chinkmobile to last more than five, assuming it doesn't catch fire first

Most car guys that the best muscle cars in the world came from Australia, but unfortunately those got killed off about a decade ago.

I never suggested that American cars are any good. I just pointed out that a lot of Chinese cars are shit.

My friend was checking out their 4WDs and had one he borrowed from a friend for a day to trial it. It's a hybrid. Honestly the interior and shit is super nice and high quality.
The biggest risk is longevity and if the manufacturer shuts down you're basically fucked since there's no way for a normal workshop to fix retarded electric issues that are prevalent in all modern cars.

BYD is of course very big here and they look very nice and sturdy. They've changed a lot since the good ole days. One time I rode in an old BYD from about 10-15 years ago, before they all went electric, and it was kinda scary. The doors felt so light, and the interiors were all plastic and cheap.
