I'm not a fluent Chinese speaker, but my understanding is that Chinese characters are traditionally read top-to-bottom, so I was curious how Google translate would interpret the logo.
In the logo, we have:
鷸鴕
农场
If I read these left-to-right and enter them into Google translate: 鷸鴕农场
It comes back as: Kiwi Farm

However, if we transpose the logo:
鷸农
鴕场
And enter them into Google translate as so: 鷸农鴕场
It comes back as: Snipe Farm
(Which I think is fitting.)
(Transposing AND reading right to left, as 鴕场鷸农, which seems to be the ACTUAL traditional way to read this, yields: Snipe Farmer.
BUT, if Google translate is expecting me to enter these right-to-left, so I instead enter: 农鷸场鴕, it then yields: Farm swipe farm cassowary, which is surely nonsense.)

My understanding is that modern Chinese conventions often DO read from left-to-right, so maybe a straight reading from left-to-right is the most typical.

Any actual Chinese speakers wish to weigh in?

(Never underestimate the power of autism.)
