I don't understand why Lyle Lovett isn't still popular. I don't think he's weighed in on politcs too much. Anyway, I was being nostalgic and this silly yet heartstring-tugging song came up as recommended.

Why can't people be this lighthearted anymore?

What cute song. Just downloaded. You make a good point, not many easy going songs out there now. I'm guilty of listening to melancholic songs. There's one artist in particular i've been listening to pretty frequently lately. She has a beautiful voice, and I'm a sucker for that.
