Okay, there's no point in sperging out over black people. No one knows who torched the statue yet, so just assuming "the niggers did it because they're racist" isn't going to accomplish anything.
Besides, nearly everyone's textbook knowledge of Lincoln is "he freed all the slaves". The last people who would go torching his statue are black people.

If you had bad eyesight and never handled a 5 dollar bill or penny before, you might confuse a Lincoln statue for a Jeff Davis statue due to the facial hair and gaunt features, but that is a big stretch. Probably they just saw it was an old statue and got caught up in the destructive frenzy of the current national zeitgeist
