Three people carrying Jewish Pride flags were asked to leave the annual Chicago Dyke March on Saturday.

The Chicago-based LGBTQ newspaper Windy City Times quoted a Dyke March collective member as saying the rainbow flag with the Star of David in the middle "made people feel unsafe," and that the march was "pro-Palestinian" and "anti-Zionist."

The Chicago Dyke March is billed as an "anti-racist, anti-violent, volunteer-led, grassroots mobilization and celebration of dyke, queer, bisexual, and transgender resilience," according to its Twitter account.

Laurel Grauer, a member of the Jewish LGBTQ organization A Wider Bridge, told the Windy City Times "it was a flag from my congregation which celebrates my queer, Jewish identity which I have done for over a decade marching in the Dyke March with the same flag."

"They were telling me to leave because my flag was a trigger to people that they found offensive," she added.
Another participant asked to leave because of a Jewish flag was Eleanor Shoshany-Anderson. "The Dyke March is supposed to be intersectional. I don't know why my identity is excluded from that. I felt that, as a Jew, I am not welcome here," she told the Windy City Times.

In January 2016, a Shabbat service and reception for Jewish participants at a gay activism conference in Chicago, hosted by A Wider Bridge, was disrupted by hundreds of protesters who chanted "Hey hey, ho ho, pinkwashing has got to go.”

Pinkwashing is the term used to describe alleged efforts by Israel to cover up its treatment of Palestinians by touting its strong record on gay rights.

Social media support for the decision to remove the three participants from Saturday's march also claimed that their flag was a form of pinkwashing.

Right now, these things remind me of the nightly fight at a garbage can by all the scavengers, each one convinced that they're going to "win" by kicking the snot out of everyone else, but all they win in the end is the right to a pile of garbage.
 
Surely this would be illegal on the basis of religious discrimination? Also, how could someone be banned if the mach is on public property and they aren't disrupting anything?

They should demand the city authorities make it known that this isn't acceptable and sue them if they refuse.

I'm honestly thinking at this point people have become so goddamn r.etarded that if they see anything outside of a rainbow flag being waved around, they feel threatened by it. Mark my words, before the end of this year, they are going to say people jangling keys is a sign of misogynistic oppression because keys look like penises, and having more than three on a key ring means you promote gang rapes.
 
The evidence has just become so pronounced that all of these groups (LBGT, ANTIFA, a large swath of educators, BLM and a distressingly increasing block of Democrats in general) do not simply have an unfavorable view of Israel, they fucking hate Jews.

Last week, I believe the ADL actually called out one of these cocksuckers. How long does it take for the majority of the tribe to understand what is going on here?
 
They don't mention who the person is who gave the statement about unsourced people saying they felt unsafe. I bet you anything you like it's an MTF. They love any excuse to exclude women from dyke marches.
 
I really don't understand the blind support for people that would (if these idiots were to visit a Muslim country) deny them the most basic rights due to the fact they are women and in some places torture them because they are gay.
