I don't know her birth month for sure, but given how she is "almost 20" we can make a guess that it's somewhere between September at the very closest and November at the very latest. To play the middle ground, I'll guess the birth month is October.
And if we compare it to March 10, 2011, we can learn that Ningyou would have been 16 at that time.
Joshua Moon was born on December 19th, 1992, making him 18 at the time.
