Lichess has a decent rating system: if you play rated matches you'll only really play people at your level. Trust me, I can barely squeak a win out against Stockfish level 4 on my best days, but I can win 50% of my games against humans.I wouldn't deplete her patience or time; strategy is not my strong suit...
