I think some chemicals give lolcow vibes. For example carbon disulfide (a chemical used in rayon production and previously as a fumigant) would be a horrorcow because of its neurotoxicity. It drives workers insane to the point of suicide. Here are some snippets from Wikipedia to summarise it:
Concerns about carbon disulfide exposure have a long history. Around 1900, carbon disulfide came to be widely used in the production of vulcanized rubber. The psychosis produced by high exposures was immediately apparent (it has been reported with 6 months of exposure). Sir Thomas Oliver told a story about a rubber factory that put bars on its windows so that the workers would not jump out to their deaths.  Carbon disulfide's use in the US as a heavier-than-air burrow poison for Richardson's ground squirrel also led to reports of psychosis. No systematic medical study of the issue was published, and knowledge was not transferred to the rayon industry

Concentrations of 500–3000 mg/m3 cause acute and subacute poisoning. These include a set of mostly neurological and psychiatric symptoms, called encephalopathia sulfocarbonica. Symptoms include acute psychosis (manic delirium, hallucinations), paranoic ideas, loss of appetite, gastrointestinal and sexual disorders, polyneuritis, myopathy, and mood changes (including irritability and anger). Effects observed at lower concentrations include neurological problems (encephalopathy, psychomotor and psychological disturbances, polyneuritis, abnormalities in nerve conduction), hearing problems, vision problems (burning eyes, abnormal light reactions, increased ophthalmic pressure), heart problems (increased deaths for heart disease, angina pectoris, high blood pressure), reproductive problems (increased miscarriages, immobile or deformed sperm), and decreased immune response

I mean if you go for the obvious stuff Methamphetamine is an obvious one. Can cause things like psychosis in addition to making its places of manufacture explosive if not made using proper equipment.

Violent shutin incel that doesnt tolerate those filthy carbon containing things like wood, cloth, your face, alcohol.
If you leave it alone for a while without supervision, it will kill itself by decomposing.(lights most carbon based things on fire instantly, decomposes rapidly if old)

Diethyl Ether.
Druggie ginger. Will get you high, is harmed by UV rays.
Turns into a ginger muslim suicide bomber convert if left alone without supervision for too long(turns into a peroxide)

Lithium Aluminium Hydride - reacts so violently with any moisture present that it will probably cause the solvent it is suspended in to explode.

Chlorine pentafluoride - shouldn't exist, destroys itself upon contact with basically everything.

Chromium (VI) trioxide - little can of "oh shit"

FOOF - Molecular crashout factory woth a goofy name.

And those are just the ones I've handled.
