Cheap safe countries with decent internet?

A lot of the gay "nomad" lists all get skewed by trivial things like women's safety, fag rights shit, temperature or having insane internet (just 50mb/s is fine imo)
I just want to hear some good countries that I could live in for very cheap without getting robbed. Language really isn't an issue anymore because of live translation.
