So I live in a mountain holler and we have a river (a big, wide, ancient significant river) that has cut our holler into the mountains and will tell you just about anything can change sound. We have train tracks that run along the river that are dangerous as hell bc being in a valley is bad enough for sound, but when you’re near a body of water it can make the sound seem like it’s coming from anywhere.

I just don’t trust eyewitness wo reconstruction (or in general, but still..). Their statements on what they heard is relevant but I grew up in a place where if you were being stalked by a wild animal there’s a good chance of you kept going you’d bumble into it, bc you never know where the sounds are coming from..

Deer have a nasty habit of bumbling into hunters bc of this very issue- they hear the crack of gunfire but the mountains and valleys distort it so you can just get ran over if you’re not careful.

TLDR: sound matters but the shape of the area you heard the sound in matters more for direction.

These professors are fucking pussies. Your students daring to disagree with you from time to time should be an essential experience in academia. These faggots view their students as empty vessels into which they can pour their wisdom. In my academic career, while not every libtard professor I had who I agreed with most things on threw a tantrum if I disagreed with something, EVERY one of them who did WAS a libtard. And that's when I was a libtard. I still am to some extent, but I never forgot that.

Meanwhile, the conservative profs I had were always willing to throw down and actually defend their opinions rather than just yell at me. This is even when I would do things like find out particular thinkers drove them into a rage, like Foucault, and then cite Foucault in every single thing I delivered just to piss them off.

(And they turned out completely right.)

And two of the three profs who wrote me letters of recommendation when I needed them were the conservatives. Fuck libtards.

When was the 5 years of not dating in New York supposed to take place?

Erika clearly lied about her past, most likely to foster this image of being the "good girl" who saves herself for marriage with a good Christian man like Charlie. If she were ever to tell the truth, that she was just another wannabe model/actress trying to get her big break on the next big reality show, that might not go over so well with the TPUSA crowd.

The sad thing is, is that she does seem like she is a good person, and that she did enjoy playing the role of wife/mother. She probably should have concocted a more believable backstory than the one she went with.
