Charlie Kirk: Aftermath, Gravedancing, and Manhunt

I find it a little bit humorous that they put up the bullet proof shielding. Dark and fucked, but a little funny.
I am still pro "human hampster ball protection" idea that I proposed post trump shooting useful
impractical? yes! stupid? YES! funny? also yes!

"I forgive him"

I genuinely do not get it, is this performative or do people really believe this?
Why would you forgive someone for doing the worst imaginable thing to you short of killing you or your children when they haven't even shown any remorse?
You will learn what forgiveness truly is. Erika is vindicated and justified in being angry. She can hate him, she can live her life dedicated to assuring Tyler and any associated will never live it down. Forgiveness comes from a place of the heart that though you have been wronged, you will not let your life be dictated by this vile act.

Erika will still see justice, Tyler will not make it out alive, but she can move forward not clinging to hatred or rage. She will forgive him, but never forget the unspeakable crime done to her and her family. Erika's speech made it clear Charlie wanted to save Tyler from this path of rage he took. And even though he still killed him; she will still give him a grace Tyler lacked, and doesn't deserve.

Forgiving someone for sinning is the foundation of Christianity. Jesus asked God to forgive everyone for their sins and followers are expected to follow his example.

Forgiving someone does not mean they are suddenly cleared of all wrongdoing or that you suddenly like them. It does not mean that they will not be punished for what they did. It means you're forgiving them for acting like the imperfect and sinful human that they are.

Not once did Erika say anything to imply that this bastard would not be punished for what he did. Her forgiving him for for her own sake. You could tell she didn't want to.

Friends, I have never seen anything like this event before in my life, something has changed and things have shifted. This has been incredible watching this, this is a Revival. Erika's proclamation of forgiveness takes more strength than I could ever hope to have

I dont know what to say except Christ is King.

Anyone who doesn't understand why she forgives the faggot that killed her husband needs to start going to church.

She's not forgiving him for HIS sake, she's forgiving him for her own sake. One of the seven deadly sins is Wrath, and holding on to that wrath is just as damning as committing act itself. This also doesn't mean he gets off scott free. You still get punished appropriately for your crimes- we are commanded this, as well. It's holding on to that hate that is poison and that's why we forgive.

I understand many of you are only looking at this event through a secular lens, but as a Christian the call of the gospel towards those who don't know Christ and the Holy Spirit moving at this event is remarkable. I've never heard so many politicians share the gospel past surface level at a single event. Like others said before, Kirk as a martyr for Christ is powerful to bring those with soft hearts to the foot of the cross.

Yeah, it's fun to call for Total Tranny-Faggot-Nigger Death, but I pray the lost are brought to Christ and are redeemed. We are called to forgive; I'll let God deal justice for their rejection of Him and the embrace of their sin.

Changes in mic levels can be a huge factor. I wouldn’t look too deeply into it.
Oh no I wasn't trying to make it a competition I was just like whoa, that was odd. It sounded like the crowd blew up for Vance but that might be because he rode with Erika to take Charlie's body home. Probably right about the mic changes though, didn't think about that.

Forgiving someone does not mean you like them or that they won't face consequences. She's still calling for people to fight against evil.
When forgiving enemies, I think it’s more meant to allow oneself to move on in a healthier way, and not just be singly focused on holding a grudge. Grudges can rob you of living your life to the fullest. That doesn’t mean being forgiven means freedom from consequences, because it’s pretty obvious his killer is going to face consequences. Forgiveness is perhaps one of the most misunderstood tenets of Christianity. It doesn’t mean being permissive of evil, but allowing yourself to mentally move forward while still staying strong in your beliefs. Erika did exactly that, so I don’t understand why people think it’s “cucked.”

Trump already proclaimed Antifa as a terrorist organization and it seems NATO is following.
Not officially. He said he was going to declare them a terrorist organization but there actually has to be an official executive order or directive to the Department of Homeland Security/respective NatSec agencies to take action. A Truth Social post doesn't count.

There's a reason Oceania tried to kill Christianity.

This is a good speech when he's focusing on Charlie, when he goes on his little asides it loses the focus that I think is needed for a speech like this

And he cucked out his previous term and failed to do it.
