I am not a troll, what I was saying in the analogy was that we should be careful not to deify him as the left deifies people. You people seem to think I was saying Kirk was like Floyd, which I wasn't. I was saying that the left turned Floyd into a ditey, we should not do the same, even though we agreed with Kirk. The fact that the left picked Floyd is their own moral failing. I don't know why people can't see this.
I'll make it simple: We should not be making ANYONE a christlike figure just because they stood for something we agreed on or we support them, let the left play that game, it makes them look stupid, we should not look stupid too.
Kirk shouldn't have been killed, and he died simply expressing his First Amendment right. I also agree with many points he made, but we should not make a national holiday out of his death or give him national honors, and I feel many politicians would be so happy to do that.
Why am I against that? Because the man was not elected by the people, and he was a political speaker. That's it.
It's the same house of thought why the left shouldn't be making floyd a national holiday. Except the values of the left are all fucked, so they think Floyd should have the same national outrage as a man getting killed for simply speaking/using his First Amendment right.
Am I clear now?
