It is sad. But you need to take a time out, collect yourself and calm down. Yes, do something productive using the energy you're feeling, but don't burn yourself out. I didn't like Charlie or agree with what he stood for, necessarily, but I am human and seeing and hearing of people hurting is shit. Go and do something you enjoy for a couple of hours. Get outside. Eat good food. Regroup.
