Colleges gotta fork out money for cameras out of their own budget. They spend money on cheap shit and opt for wide coverage with as few cameras as possible. That stair well pic is likely a zoomed in still of a 150 degree viewing angle camera placed up in a corner about 7 or 8 feet high. Not sure why they didn't release video though, maybe legal stuff blocking it.

Kirk contributed to the political climate, yes. Those democrats and their dog deserved the same recognition and mourning that Kirk is now receiving, yes. The sight of that dog's urn haunts me just as much as the thought of a little girl who had to watch her dad get fucking SHOT. The whole "you owe one side lives" is going to get more people killed, and you're actively advocating for it. You fucking ape.

Before discounting the Mormon connection, remember that Mormons have rebelled against the United States numerous times. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utah_War is just the most prominent (also https://www.wearethemighty.com/mighty-history/utah-mormon-war-with-army/ ). The feds came down hard on Mormon sects like the FLDS in prior years so there's likely some chapped LDS asses.

It's not surprising to me that there'd be well-heeled Mormon leaders that hold similiarly revolutionary attitudes and decided to bankroll someone and secret them out of the US the same day. Trump needs to go in and do what Andrew Johnson did to the southern loser states in the Civil War. Forcibly install a military leader as a governor until they find the shooter. Bonus points if they outright ban Mormonism or force them to take a Loyalty Oath.

Sorry if late the thread highlights aren't working atm and I haven't read the last dozen pages yet.

They gave some info.
  • 2:13 They had 2 persons of interest who were later determined to not be the shooter and were released.
  • 3:15 Determined the shooter arrived on campus at 11:52 A.M. They tracked his movements on campus to the shooting location, tracked to the other side of building where he jumped off, and where he fled into a neighborhood. They've scoured the neighborhood for doorbell footage and leads.
  • 4:06 They have good video footage of the suspect, which they haven't released to the public yet. They're using technology to inspect and identify him and are currently "very confident in their abilities". They will release the footage if they're unsuccessful.
  • 6:50 Weapon was a high-powered bolt action rifle.
  • 7:11 They have a footware impression, palm and forearm prints.
  • 9:24 Suspect appears to be of college age.
  • 11:00 Clearly referring to him as "him" (male).
