While I'm disgusted, I'm not exactly surprised. Troons falsifying the truth and being corrupt is literally within their nature. It's as ingrained to their personhood as their Y chromosome.

And this was the 1990s. The vast majority of transsexuals were gay men who bottomed during sex. These are the so-called HSTSes of Blanchard’s transsexual typology, and when you filter what Clarice says with that in mind, it makes sense. That is, it conforms to the literature on gay men’s offending rates and personalities.

The problem is that the label “trans” has remained, but the individuals making up that category have changed so as not to resemble the composition of two decades ago. Charles is obviously not a twinky gay guy, but literature on twinky gay guys is being applied to men like Charles because they both crossdress. It’s the typical tranny tactic of redefining words and then applying their definitions post-hoc.

Example: “Girls can be in Boy Scouts.” “Uh, no, it’s the Boy Scouts, it says they can’t in the name.” Except now “boys” is a word that includes girls, so rules and titles that were meant to exclude certain people can be dismissed entirely. All the literature on straight and bisexual transvestites being dangerous criminals is subsumed by literature on effete gay men and used to understate the threat trans-identifying men pose as a whole.

TLDR: Clarice is talking about HSTSes, and Lecter (via James Gumb / Buffalo Bill / Clymer’s inspiration) is discussing AGPs. There used to be an understanding of how these two groups were different, but now there isn’t.

Somebody pointed something called the 20/80 ratio - that 80% of crime is committed by 20% of the criminals - so if you put those repeat offenders away for good, crime rates would plummet dramatically.

It doesn't apply to just crime either.
