I'm brutally confused because the tweet says those are supposed to be apples...? It looks as if it became an excuse to draw this character (
For them to be obsessed with this single frame is obviously psychotic. Why include it alongside the tweet with their credit in the film? Are they advertising to the industry "if you hire me, I'll slip sick fetish shit into your cartoons!" with this? What's even happening???
EDIT: Now that I know it's a child character, this is the most obvious pedophile self-report I've seen in a long time.

I think this theory is legit. Been seeing it a bunch recently where people with transgender flags and anime pfps are harassing women and talking about rape. It's a pretty uncharacteristic pattern of behavior.

Yeah this is exactly what I was going to post. Ren and Stimpy, Rocco's Modern Life, and other cartoons have done this sort of thing before but the animator didn't go around talking about how a close-up on a child's butt in a cartoon is the best work he's ever done. It's just creepy.
