I've got the company wide 2 hour unskippable harassment training and it's very different from old ones I've taken. All the harrasers are woman and it's also very pro fucking your coworker as long as you let your HR manager know. Maybe the HR cabal run by woman have realized they need to open up their dating pool to coworkers in order to find employed husbands.

So my advice is to send sexual gifs to your coworkers on slack
 
If you're going into the trades, go and get one of the trades or acquire a certification. Also, the bigger machines that you're certified in, the more money that comes in if you're. Someone who's offered an opportunity to be a crane operator, apprentice, take it. I know a crane operator who's a friend of mine who makes over $1,000,000.
