I remember when Kino Casino interviewed "Mama K" (one of the women who saw the Rekieta bodycam footage and was also at the hearing that Ralph went to) she was asked if she saw him and she said she saw him in passing and if I remember correctly she said he looked either 5'6" or 5'7".
