Ralph being pro dog torture is old news, this is the same guy that set puppies on fire and ruthlessly murdered his classmates dog as a "prank."
He killed another dog through sheet neglect, too. He pulled the "food mountain" maneuver that time he went to Cuba and said it was OK that Tug died brcause he was "old" (iirc Tug was seven or eight).
Putting my armchair psychology hat on, but given what's known about his upbringing, I wouldn't be surprised if he engaged in even more egregious animal abuse as a kid, as a way to exert control. I genuinely think that any animal in his vicinity is at risk.

Honestly I think we might see that change this time around. That clip is particularly bad especially when he's decided to latch on to the 3 or 4 spergs who sit on twitter all day calling null a pedo.
