Nothing makes me happier than seeing Ralph giving the camera crazy eyes at his camera, raging about things several years ago that no one cares about now. Because unlike many other dads like him, the only outlet for his insanity is strangers on the internet he's never met. His no longer has women to beat, and he doesn't have access to his children to abuse. He would be the type of "father" that would beat and abuse his children in a drunken/pilled rage, because he himself is a anxious and insecure loser.
He's done everything idiots and braggards think is cool, and has lived in a life of general sin. He's the poster child of what having no virtue leads to, being alone in a shack crying at the wind. It's a real joy that he has no one around in his life to hurt, sadly unlike most garbage like him.

Whatever legal setbacks he's had with the Morrises has turned him back into a regular pillstreamer.

Pillstreams are his most lucrative, meaning more money for drugs 'n' booze and more elaborate pillstreams in exotic locales so he can flex his nigger-rich ill gotten gains.

Gunt (f) content has fallen off, so it's nice to see Gunt Original back to his old tricks. Great moves, Ethan. Keep it up. Proud of you.
 
When he actually dies how are we actually going to find out about it? Will we hear from one of his janny paypigs who are probably the only people that stay in consistent communication with him? Or will we all find out from local Merida media about the death of a fat gringo first?

How old is Ralph now? The critical phase usually starts mid-40's to early 50's, that's when the more serious health issues from heavy drinking usually start to manifest. Stuff like pancreatitis (turning chronic quickly in alcoholics), varices in the throat (i dimly remember some text message to Meigh where he said he's puking up black stuff, that's nothing but internal bleeding due to varices), all that fun stuff. Ethan will die like a dog from his lifestyle, i wager he's already at the point where a lot of the damage can't be undone by simply stopping drinking and popping pills. Probably long at the stage where going cold turkey (:optimistic:) would kill him by way of seizure thanks to the alcohol + benzos combo.
He's also a fat cunt, that will exacerbate issues.

I'm still torn on that one. He absolutely WOULD lie about that to manipulate a live in whore (or horse) but it's also quite possible his health has been that bad at times. However I do err on the side of it being BS, because otherwise he would have bragged about being so hardcore he puked up tar once but is still going strong.

When he referred to "black sludge" it's most likely whatever junk food he had in his stomach and blood from the excessive drinking tearing at his stomach lining.
